Orders are shipped directly from our suppliers and typically arrive within 7–15 business days to Australia. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order will have already been sent to our supplier for fulfilment.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

We curate all our pieces from vetted suppliers in Asia, selecting styles that authentically reflect the Acubi aesthetic. Every piece is sample-tested before it's listed on our store.
